You have in your hands a tool designed to love and appreciate you more. This journal is for you to use at any time of the day, it can be in the morning, in the afternoon or at night, at a time that suits you best.
You can play relaxing music, have a cup of tea or coffee and spend 5 to 10 minutes for yourself.
The idea is that you take a little time for yourself, to reflect, to celebrate your big or small achievements and to thank. It's like a little gift for yourself, it's a little time for you.
The Diary is designed so that you have a page each day to apply each of the techniques that we will present below. The date space is free for you to write the day and/or the place in the way you prefer and we start each page with an empowering phrase on which you can reflect, to start the day with motivation.
Below we will explain the importance of being thankful, the affirmations you can use to reach and celebrate your achievements, and some techniques to change your negative thoughts into more compassionate language. "
