Esteban Valentino nació en la provincia de Buenos Aires en diciembre de 1956. Tiene tres hijos, Claudia, Lisandro y Lautaro (que le dio muchos datos para crear a Isidoro), once libros publicados (en esta editorial. Sobre ruedas, Pahicaplapa y Un desierto lleno de gente) y muchos premios, entre ellos el Amnesty International 1995, y cuatro veces fue distinguido entre "Los destacados de ALIJA".
Carlus Rodríguez nació en 1968 en Canet de Mar (Barcelona). Allí estudio diseño grafico en la Escola Massana. Trabajo para televisión con técnicas de animación. Ilustro los libros Atenivedne-anivedne y 13 conçons tradicionals catalanes. Realiza la tira de humor "Tempus locus" con el periodista Jaume Pla para "La Malla. Net". Actualmente reside en Buenos Aires. Este es el primer libro que ilustro en la Argentina.
