Aspirine, étudiante en philosophie à la Sorbonne a la rage, elle ne supporte plus de revivre sans cesse les mêmes épisodes de sa vie pourrie. Et ça fait 300 ans que ça dure car Aspirine est vampire, coincée dans son état d'adolescente de 17 ans. Elle partage un appartement avec sa soeur Josacine, heureuse et sublime jeune femme de 23 ans, qui elle au moins, a eu l'avantage de devenir vampire au bon âge.
En perpétuelle crise d'adolescence, elle passe ses nerfs sur son prof, sa soeur et tous les hommes "relous " qui croisent sa route. Assoiffée de sang, elle n'hésite pas à les dévorer (au sens propre) ou les dépecer. C'est même devenu un rituel avec les amants que sa jolie grande soeur collectionne. Malgré tout, elle attise la curiosité d'Ydgor ado attardé, un étudiant de type "no-life" : vaguement gothique, légèrement bigleux et mal peigné...
avec comme kiff dans la vie, le fantastique et la légende de Cthulhu... Il rêve de vivre un truc magique, d'un destin exceptionnel et a compris qu'Aspirine est une vampire. Pour acquérir le privilège de pouvoir l'accompagner, il s'engage à garder le secret et à devenir son serviteur... son esclave. Parviendra-t-il à gagner sa confiance voire même son amitié ? Arrivera-t-il à la calmer de ses pulsions mortifères ? Au final, lequel sera le plus enragé des deux ?
